The property was fairly clean and staff was really good and pleasant. I booked new-fashioned guest room here with ice, a remodelled bathroom, as example. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was amazing. It had marvellous and stunning location, short walk to Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, many restaurants/bars and a central square and main walking area.

Marvellous and brilliant location of the hotel, just off many restaurants around the se as well as Metro and all amenities. Again, walking distance to an iconic street.

The room was clean, I had really comfortable experience.

Hotel as a whole is wonderful small and quaint, I greatly enjoyed it.

The venue is placed in a very central position right in the center of town. It's also just next door to Gran Via, Madrid, local attractions including Mayor Square, Mercado San Miguel Market, underground railway stop of Sol in the main square less than two minutes away and good bars and restaurants.

It's really well priced hotel with really good and pleasant staff. They serve amazing food, have a great selection of options to choose from. Will be back if in Madrid.

The hotel was clean with a very nice restaurant. Reasonably priced, impeccably clean room with balcony. A private safe, central heating, and a work desk — very useful. Fantastic very central location and really good staff. Besides, easy to get to a grand boulevard...

Great location! The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and spacious, and I loved the fact that there was a safe available for just 1 euro per use. The hotel also has a lift, which is a bonus. If you prefer a quiet room, I would recommend requesting one at the back. The price for the room was excellent, offering great value for money.

The room with facilities. Everyone was amazingly nice and accommodating. The location was amazing, at a medium distance from a huge plaza.

The noise from the street outside was incredibly disruptive, especially during the Christmas season. It sounded like the hustle and bustle of the holiday season was happening right in our room.
